What Are Lip Fillers?

Lip Augmentation, commonly known as Lip Fillers, is a medical cosmetic procedure that allows patients to enjoy plumper, fuller lips. What Results Can You Expect from Lip Filler Injections?

While results vary from patient to patient, in general, lip filler injections can help patients enjoy the appearance of lips that have more volume, shape, and structure. The results of the procedure can up to six months but patients looking to enjoy their results for longer periods of time will have to receive more injections in order to maintain the new appearance of their lips.

Juvéderm Ultra

Juvéderm Ultra boasts a smooth consistency that is ideal for restoring volume and hydration and improving skin elasticity. If you are looking for a natural look and feel, contouring of the cupid’s bow, and fuller lips, Juvéderm Ultra may be right for you. In addition to lip augmentation, Juvéderm Ultra is also used to smooth fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and under the eyes. Juvéderm Ultra lip filler can last for longer than 1 year.

Juvéderm Ultra Plus

Juvéderm Ultra Plus is thicker than Juvéderm Ultra. Ultra plus offers more volume and is therefore ideal as a lip filler. If you have thin lips or desire more pout and plump lips, Juvéderm Ultra Plus may be right for you. This filler can also be used often to treat deep folds and wrinkles. Juvéderm Ultra Plus not only provides excellent lip augmentation but also adds volume to the cheeks and rejuvenates the top of the hands. Results can last for 9 – 12 months.

What are the Benefits of Lip Fillers?

  • Lasting Results: While the results of lip fillers are not permanent, they can provide patients with full, more voluptuous lips around six months, but each patient’s experiences will vary case to case.
